Let’s set up your phone
Check that Authenticator, Outlook, Teams, and Company Portal are on your Home Screen. They install automatically and can take a few minutes to appear.
No apps after 15 minutes? Contact IT.
Set up Authenticator
Add your work account and follow the prompts.
Finished? Tap ◀ at the top-left of your screen to come back.
Keep your old phone nearby in case it asks you to approve.
Sign in to Outlook
Choose your work account and check that your inbox loads.
Finished? Tap ◀ at the top-left of your screen to come back.
Sign in to Teams
Sign in with your work account and allow notifications.
Finished? Tap ◀ at the top-left of your screen to come back.
Open Company Portal
Sign in if it asks. If it asks you to install a profile, stop and contact IT.
Finished? Tap ◀ at the top-left of your screen to come back.
Sign in with an Apple Account
Open Settings and tap Sign in at the top. Use your GPA email address, not a personal email. No Apple Account yet? You can create one there.
Apple Account is the new name for Apple ID.
You’re all set
Your work apps are ready. Keep your phone connected for a while so any remaining settings can arrive.
